He has a cookie exchange at school on Wednesday, so I used the time to make cookie dough.
He laid on the couch and read, "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader".
The movie comes out soon, and the boys have to read the book, before they can see the movie.
(this rule that Mike came up with has increased the level of reading here, and I love that)
Later in the day, Michael started feeling icky as well, so he stayed in bed most of the afternoon.
Isaac was thrilled to play with friends outside without Michael.
Zion seems to be completely fine, but I forced him to lay low and drink Gatorade.
After the cookie dough had some "chill time" in the fridge........we got busy on the rolling and cutting.
Sugar cookie making is a process...........a long process.
But it is fun and festive and worth the big mess.
oh yeah, and tasty too!!!!!
