For those of you non-military types
this is what a military ID card looks like
So.....I thought it was cute!  :)

There was so much more to see -
but the weather sent us heading back
toward the car with the fear that it might
get worse before it got better.


(*it's so hard to tell in Guam -
sometimes it rains for 5 minutes,
but sometimes it rains so hard during those
5 minutes, that you start wondering where
to buy gopher wood - )


But we had hot dogs, popcorn, snow cones,
cotton candy, candy canes, cookies, glow-sticks,
pencils, stickers, and certainly other things I am
forgetting .....so we had plenty of Christmas cheer!
