There was four different foods to taste and the recipes to go with them.
The good news for us was that they were all desserts! :)

| These are called "Yam Donuts" but the plant they use looks like some kind of root, not what I would think of as a yam. They eat them with maple syrup |

| And every one's favorite at our house - COCONUT CANDY! It's basically coconut caramelized in brown sugar and sweetened condensed milk |
